The lady at the front desk is absolutely WONDERFUL however some things transpired when we were in the office today! One of the ladies from the back “office” came to the front desk and the lady asked her for help and she had an absolute ATTITUDE! Refused to help! You could tell it was an ongoing issue. I was very shocked. It was to the point we were uncomfortable. The lady at the front became very frustrated and you could tell. I would have been too when everything is left up to her to do. Please have a conversation with your employees about professionalism in an office setting! I’m not sure we will ever use this location again after this! Again, the lady at the front desk kept it together and is an AMAZING asset to your company after dealing with the issues at hand!

Clean professional. Very nice Tech kept me at ease. Explained everything that needed to be done and how it was going to be and how long it was going to take. It's cold in that building so he gave me a blanket. Everything went fine he showed me back to my dressing room I waited for my disk, and he showed me to the reception very nice

I have used compass for over 17teen years. I have called them twice this week to make an appointment. I get a recording and I leave my name, phone number and reason I need an appointment. No one has called me. At one time I would give Compass 10 stars if that was possible. At Compass my name is Emma Magee. I am so disappointed with Compass.There is zero excuse for a human NEVER to as answer the phone or return a call.
