The world needs more people like Ed. I had a service done at Pepboys about a month ago and the mechanic said that there was an issue with my car so they weren’t able to complete the service. I took the car to my local dealership and they said there was no issue with the car. So I took my car back to Pepboys and Ed was able to make an adjustment on the service that I paid for. Ed was very apologetic and made sure that I was leaving as a satisfied customer. I usually get my typical car services done at my local car dealership since it’s close, but their customer service is subpar compared to Ed’s, and I will now drive a little bit out of the way to get these service from EHT Pepboys. If I were running this Pepboys, I’d do everything in my power to make sure I maintain quality and genuine employees like Ed.
