We went to see our granddaughter on 23 OCT 2022. She was on the 3rd floor for special care. When we got there she was talking to a nurse and both started getting irate with each other. Instead of trying to de-escalate the situation the nurse started getting more irate with her and talking to her like she was the boss and my granddaughter was supposed to obey her will. It eventually ended up with the police being called. My wife got into the conversation and then this bkack nurse told my to stay out of it. These people were totally RUDE and disrespectful and argumentative. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. If you need a great hospital go to HEB Harris in Euless. Best 1 around

There are no visiting hours on regular units. Icu may have limitations. The hospital support their patients receiving support from family and friends. Just be mindful of noise.
If you are experiencing symptoms (for example, difficulty breathing, bleeding, pain, etc.) that in your opinion constitutes an emergency health condition, a life-threatening condition, or a serious medical issue that cannot wait for a scheduled medical appointment, then go to emergency room of any Hospital. Otherwise, search online or in the phonebook Yellow Pages for a clinic or physician and make an appointment. Some allow walk-ins. Normally a health check up, or a physical, is considered a routine medical appointment for preventive measures.
If you go to the emergency room, most likely you're only going to see the doctor on call. If he deems a Urology Specialist is needed, it will be his call, not your request. You can search for a urologist who has an office in or near the hospital. To my knowledge, that's the only way you're going to insure you see a urologist initially.
Wrong person i had to go ER cause I was sick i am not the Doctor or work there
