Head technician Donnie was great. Not a place to build for the future. 3rd shift Supervisor Anthony was a very angry, and rude man. Who typically stuttered then would ask if you understand. Most of the time I couldn’t. Had to deal with countless discriminating comments, when reported it was handled but when the person you’re reporting is the shift lead, it’s not much you can do. The other lead Technician Anthony who works on first shift, and the bosses right hand man Cheated on his wife and family, fell in love with a coworker then wrote the coworker a letter cutting her off. And was able to retain his position/ move up. This is the type of stuff you’ll deal with at Pitney Bowes. My first day someone told me it was a clear racial boundary in the technicians department, and over the span of 3 months I witnessed my minority counterparts overworked, and under compensated. decent pay, and a great way to gain experience for a better job.
