The rudest service ever from the old indian lady and the old Chinese man working there, I went today for a passport appointment, and since I got there she started yelling at me and my kids the appointment was for them, she said if you complain I am going to cancel and then you have to reschedule another appointment, somebody fired this person please 🙏

What can be done about receiving mail at 9450 Royal lane, it has bee two months.
Not answering calls there is fairly common. I would file a complaint through the usps online portal.
If you had mail there is no reason why it has not been delivered. I would call the post master in Wylie and let them know. Also there is an awesome app through the postal service called informed delivery that shows you actual pictures of what is scheduled to be delivered to your box that day. It helps a lot because you are not waiting several days to report missing mail because you're thinking you just didn't get mail that day if something is happening to your mail.
