I’m so glad we got to meet Shayne! He was patient, knowledgeable, and kind as we set up two new phones. He was even seamlessly, able to bounce between helping 3 parties, by himself, without showing any hint of stress. We chose the right day to go in!

They took the SIM card out of my new phone and kept it. Why wasn’t it given back to me??
