Pretty quick service, but every time I come it's a balance of $91. That's almost quadruple of a hospital copay. I won't be returning there. Very unfortunate. I'll just wait until my PC has an appointment or just visit the ER. Now, I have to waste time and call billing to figure out what the charge issue is. Too much work...

So Dr. Scherr seemed thorough in my visit as she reviewed my X-rays of my hand and wrist after my fall on 9/5/22. However, when she left the room to have a nurse dress my cuts from the fall, my husband heard her te the nurse to put band-aids on my boo-boos. Now if she was a funny person, I would laugh, but even Dr. Scherr's elbow lacks a funny bone. You mean, evil witch! Just because I am not crying and sobbing in pain doesn't mean that I am not hurt. My hand swelled. I struggled getting my ring off. I was unable to make a closed fist. I had much better plans at 5:30PM in Labor day than sit around in your urgent care center. I thought it was better to get an x-ray than to delay it and make a bad situation worse. The receptionist was kind, George who did my X-rays was nice, but the doctor was just mean.

I am here for covid test .for PCR , she take me inside to room rightaway And i am waiting in room 2 hour and 30 minute thean she take test after test 1 hour,so you need covide test in patient first you need 4 hours,so be carefully ,if you have a time then ok..
