This guy saw me get off, pay for parking, and gave me a ticket literally a minute later. No warning, or could have at-least asked me to move. It is not our fault that parking spots are not labeled in a way everyone can understand!!! They enjoy stealing civilians money and getting away with it.

This entity wouldn't trust doing business with because they lie and don't even follow constitutional rights. Not following due process they are acting as a corporation and also acting as a governmental entity which is fraud any time a government acts as a corporation and divest itself so far that it gives up its individual sovereignty and acts as a corporator. A documentation was sent to the corporation to review along with letter from DA that there was no indictment and along with other evidence and they never responded to the information for 2 months. If no one had reached out to them they would have just left the ticket without sending any notice. Their claim was that they were suppose to but it never was sent out and there is a recording of this. So now two months later after I had reached out to them then they said send it again and didn't even review the documents and didn't follow due process or give proper notice all of this is very illegal and fraudulent activity. All that is requested is that this ticket gets dismissed and removed from car records. I even asked to speak with person who review this and ask some follow up questions. But the clerk would let me speak with them and was being disrespectful and then hung up in my face. This wouldn't even be an issue if they just followed constitutional laws that are put in place of this country. Please reach out to have this matter resolved.

I don't come to downtown Fort Worth except for special dinners and normally ride in another car with family. Where I normally eat, there is free parking nearby. I parked behind another plain car and there was nothing around indicating anything was wrong, no yellow diagonal lines. Turns out it was a double width loading zone only at certain times, very not obvious, and the car in front was next to a sign that described it and I found it when I returned to my car. It was a weekend and the sign says only loading certain days and hours. It was a *Saturday evening* so should be fine, no Saturday was included and I arrived in the last hour of the times. To make matters worse, judging by when the ticket was printed, the officer likely watched me park, get out, and walk away, and then moved in to issue ticket instead of just saying something to me. Maybe the food establishment should move to another location that has parking. I can find and drive to many nearby locations. Also, this was at 800 Throckmorton so since this court is 1000 Throckmorton maybe someone just watched me out a nearby building window and said "ah there's another oblivious person, Cha-Ching!" No sense in contesting this ticket and allowing the court the chance to do anything else, I'm sure they'll just throw it in my face and say there's nothing to talk about.

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon. No lines, minimal wait to see the lady at the window. Instructions however were not clear. She gave me the info for a virtual court appearance and said I could do it in room 102. The virtual appointment was at 1:30 and they called at about 1:18 BUT because I was waiting outside of room 102 the clerk heard me and said I had to wait my turn since I was physically there. 🤷🏻 So since I had a virtual appointment I could’ve skipped ahead of all the people physically there. TIP: If you’re given a virtual appointment just leave and do the virtual appointment in your car.

There are numerous metered parking spaces available along Monroe and Jennings streets.
Technically, yes. But, DO NOT DO THIS! It's a really bad idea. A good shirt and a tie are a smart idea, too.
