Questions & Answers

Do they rent mobile homes or do they only sell them and rent the spot? If renting is an option, what are the rates like? I am a graduate student looking to move to Littleton when I graduate with my Master’s degree.

I think pets are ok. No garages and and doublewides are welcome. Very, very well maintained park. Units are upgraded regularly. No junk units or unkempt outside areas.
