ASK FOR KACEY- This place is clean and beautiful! Kacey said the owners tried to replicate the interior design of the Venetian in Vegas. It's so grand and comfortable, with open spaces and calm music. Kacey was the best! She kept asking if I was okay and if the temperature was alright, etc. She made sure she took care of me! She was very kind and conversational, asking me about myself and checking on me when I got quiet :') When it came to my nails and toes, she was very attentive to detail and specific. She was very careful and kept checking in on me. On top of all of this amazing customer service, she's INCREDIBLE at nails! I honestly can't believe they're my nails on MY hands!!! Thank you so much, Kacey! I'll definitely be visiting again💕🫵🏻

This was my first time here and I wasn't sure if appointments were necessary or if they took walk ins but from the outside it looks nice enough to be a spa. The inside is beautiful as well, is not like a spa inside but it is pretty and relaxing. I was able to do a walk in service with the high end packages no problem. I got an ultimate spa manicure with tips and an ombre dip. The service was nice but a little over the top. I like to be treated but they use a sugar scrub on your hands and arms which is inconvenient because they apply it at your seat and then you have to walk with your arms up to the back of the salon and wash your entire arm under the sink. Then she used like 4 different types of lotion along with paraffin and collagen gloves. Sometimes more is just more it doesn't make the service more luxurious. She did an excellent job on my nails they are beautiful and the manicure was nice. The prices matched the quality I received and they also serve alcohol. They did recommend however trying to book an appointment for the future if you want the top end services so they can make sure they have enough time to not rush you through. I will most likely go again but purchase the normal packages.

My experience was neither good nor bad on the day of… We had an appointment? But waited about 15-minutes before we were seated. The “mani/pedi” (which was basically a polish change) for my 7 YO daughter was +$40 (which seems outrageous!). I was charged incorrectly, so they had to run my credit card twice, and you have to Venmo tips, they cannot be included on the credit card…. But, ultimately, I decided to write a review because my manicure (with a polish upgrade) lasted LESS THAN 24 HOURS before the polish started to chip. I’ll be hard pressed to return to this nail salon.

Overall this place was nice, we had our first experience Friday night. Atmosphere was great and overall customer service was great. My nails came out beautifully, however… the nail technician I had unfortunately while using the grinder kept burning/cutting into my cuticles on my fingers which caused them all to bleed. She would apologize each time but still continue to do it… no matter how much I vocalized that it hurt or pulled away or flinched. Now my nails are pretty my cuticles look terrible and red and puffy and have open spaces where they bled. Unfortunately, due to this experience I likely won’t be going back and will continue to go to my regular salon in Parker. Overall the place was beautiful and in general the staff was great, but I shouldn’t be leaving there with injured cuticles…
