My mom and I went here and the experience was anything but pleasant. We booked our appointments but were rushed through everything. Apparently they operate on a strict minute schedule and good luck if you have to use the restroom cause then your service is cut short. Or if you take too long picking out a color. Or if you want shellac. It’s basically the Spirit Airline of nails. Everything costs extra, even things most other studios don’t charge for, and you’re penalized every time you do anything that’s normal in other studios. Not to mention their pricing is higher. Sure it looks pretty and you get a pillow but looks do not equal a relaxing experience. Edited to respond to owner. That’s correct, I booked it under my given name. I prefer not to provide my personal and professional information all over the Internet. I have a great studio now but thanks for your offer. Hopefully this feedback will help others receive a better experience.

We love Frenchies! Both myself and my husband have had pedicures here. So incredibly CLEAN, everyone is professional, nice and so much fun. Everyone should do what I do with my friends and make a recurring appointment - nothing better than friend bonding being pampered at Frenchies!

My first visit to a nail salon since last year! A truly wonderful experience. I loved how professional, clean and LOCALLY SOURCED Frenchies is. From the beginning of my pedicure to the end, my technician was gentle and the experience was very relaxing. No nasty jetted tubs that harbor bacteria! No cheese grater heel sanders! Only gentle and earth-conscious products. No feet were harmed in the process:) After years of mediocre nail shops, I’ve finally found a place where I know I can count on safety, professionalism and relax at the same time. Yes, it’s a tiny bit more expensive than the average nail shop. But you truly won’t care you paid a little more after your incredible foot massage!

They do such an amazing job making you feel comfortable in these crazy times. It was so nice to just relax and have someone pamper me for a bit. They take great care to spread out appointments and where people are sitting so you never feel uncomfortable. They even have an amazing air quality system, so it doesn't even smell like your usual nail salon! I also love their locally sourced lotions. I am writing this review 30 days post my pedicure and it still looks like new! I am set up to already go back - by girlfriend and I have made it a standing date. Thank you for all that you do!
