Picked up my snowblower Dec 3; said it would take 2 -3 weeks. Called him 12 later as a storm was about to hit. I was hoping to get it back by then, but was really expecting. Apparently, this guy dropped everything else and worked to get snowblowers out before the storm. He dropped mine off the morning of the storm. Even if he hadn't, that would have been on me because I waited too long to have it repaired. And the price of the repair was very fair. I was going to rent a truck to take my equipment there, but it was far cheaper to have him pick it up. I'll be sending my leaf blower and riding mower there sometime towards the end of Winter.
