From the minute I walked in I fell in love with this mom and pop business , I have been back four times now in 2 months and have had a great experience every single time , I mentioned it was my first time my initial visit and they were overjoyed, gave me a small tour and explained the family history , the quality of everything at Geromes is amazing and the service here is just the cherry on top , from sausages to sauces and pastas this is your place to go for quality Italian, I absolutely love it , 100% recommended to anyone

Since the plannedemic, their days & hours have decreased. Only open 2 days during the work week & closed at 5:00 pm excluding people that work. Weekends closed already at 3:00pm. Shame as a lot more people would go there if it weren't for that. Perhaps they have taken vacation or family situation

What is an for Easy recipe : Crock pot Kielbasi and sauerkraut.

Make sure you have it on low because the kraut has a tendency to dry up if it gets too hot. I always rinse off the kraut a little if you aren't a big fan of sourness. Make sure to leave some liquid in the pot. I would slice the kielbasa a little thin to get all the flavor to meld into the kraut. Enjoy.
