What a great group! Had a screw in my tire and thought I needed a whole new tire due to where it was located. They said they thought because of the angle it went in, they could repair it. I told them that safety was my primary concern and if I had to buy the new tire, so be it. I left the tire and within an hour, they called and said they were able to patch it. Promised they wouldn't leave me on the road unsafe and I could come back so they could mount the tire. I stopped and brought the crew soft pretzels. You would have thought I just gave them all a raise! I was so grateful that they could have charged me for a whole new tire and they were more grateful for a mid afternoon treat. Well done, Mr. Tire in Rio Grande!

I’ve had 4 cars serviced here for past 15 years. Bought tires, had brake jobs, fixed other mechanical problems. Front staff, Rich and Dave, are honest, capable, knowledgeable with expert support from Jim, shop manager. Prices are reasonable, service is fast. I heard that a young person’s tires were so dangerous who couldn’t afford new ones that they offered to replace with used safe tires that she could pay for later.
