Stopped in today I believe the young lady name was Simone she was excited when I told her my name is Starr and told me that was he nick name she was so pleasant she was in the store alone but I must say she was holding it down she worked in a professional timely matter and also was working off both registers while setting up phone the young lady was doing her thing I tell you I’ve referred 5 coworkers to metro and told them ask for Simone they said when they went in Simone was ready to serve them her customer service skills is off the chain she so professional and well mannered with customers her smile is so warming she is a genuine soul in all do respect y’all need more workers like her she told me she was just a sales representative that girl has supervisors trait she is about the customer I came in a while back and ask for Simone the two ladies was so nasty about her I don’t to much care for the other 2 young lady’s one Spanish she is the manager she said and the other had glasses they didn’t greet me when because they was talking I came in and the young lady with glasses said anything Simone can help u with I can but it was aggressive then I said no it’s fine I’ll wait then the manager got in it while I’m the walking out saying well I’m manager also nasty when saying it I write all this to say if u have metro stop pass the one in Willow grove on Easton road and let Simone assist you the girl knows her stuff and will help you with she has patience tell her you seen Starr Williams review you will leave out not disappointed I travel from southwest Philadelphia just for Simone to help these philly metros well that’s another review for a later time 🥰
