Impolite employees. I’ve not once had a good experience here. I was rudely told my prescription wasn’t done, to come back in 40 mins. I sat in the parking lot and waited, then went through the drive thru and waited in that line for 20+ more mins then got up there and they told me they had an issue with it and were waiting for the Dr to call them back but they didn’t message me or call me to inform me it would be longer but read my phone number to me correctly. So then waited an hour to be told to get back in the outrageous line and wait again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Im not sure why they bothered to put a drive thru in when it's NEVER opened and on the rare occasion that it is open, you sit forever. It's supposed to be for convenience, but you end up having to go inside anyway and there always a long line. Im done, im switching pharmacies, this is by far the worst.

What is the sense in having a drive thru if it is never open. Instead make everyone come inside and wait in a forever line.

Always a line. Not enough workers. Doesn't open on time. Never know when the drive thru will be open.

I would just call your nearest Kroger pharmacy and check with them. Some may differ than others.
