Should note this is located in a research institute attached to Huntsman Cancer Hospital (HCH) - 6th floor and great views if minimal pollution/clouds. Food is excellent and VERY reasonably priced - also a Starbucks adjacent (FYI). Jon M Huntsman had an excellent mindset - when cancer is ultimately cured and there's no need for a cancer hospital he wanted to turn HCH into a Ritz Carlton type of hotel; The Point Restaurant could easily achieve this standard (I have eaten in many a hospital cafeteria and I was taken aback by the quality of food and location/views/etc). Obviously many patrons of this restaurant are there as patients or caregivers so it is a little somber and sobering to keep in mind.

Best view possibly in the state. You can see more than 180 degrees. Incredible view of the valley. I like the food and service too. Check this place out if you are at Huntsman Cancer Hospital.
