Honestly it's hard dealing with this office. They never answer the phone and when they do they're rude when they talk to you. I honestly wish there was a website where we can request an appointment. I work all day and can't stay on hold for a long time. Yesterday i called and was on hold for 2 hrs and finally just gave up

I dont even go here, from what i hear, the people are rude and unprofessional, need to close this office they are lazy and don't answer the phone, nobody in the office why not answer the phone's.

Not a good office. The ladies come off extremely rude. Also they still arent allowing people inside the office and no walk ins. Meanwhile every other government and wic office are. This office rather yell from their door to you in your car, which is really dumb. They scheduled multiple appointments without telling me, then got irritated when i missed said appointments. Never told me my pin for my card. Everytime i call im on hold for 35+ minutes. Save yourself the trouble, use someone else’s address and go to a different wic office.

If I could give zero stars I would the hispanic woman in that office are so rude and disrespectful. They talk to you like your beneath them and it's not right and very unprofessional. My daughter, first time ever dealing with something like this, went to her appointment, but they forgot to tell her about the PIN. So we went up to the office to talk to someone about the mishap, before I can ask the lady my question she automatically says fill out the form very rudely. Plane as day it says for appointments only, so I put her in her place and told her I had a question and that she was rude by cutting me off before she knew what I needed. This office needs to be evaluated by someone much higher then anyone in the office. No need to talk to the manager or supervisor they are all the same. What is up with some people that work in government base places, they act like they have never needed help before or they're too good. This office needs some major evaluation and get new people before they catch the wrong client off guard or just a individual needing questions answered. This office set the wrong example as leaders, helpers, and professionals. I would hate to see them in our position then needing help and get treated like that.
