Their compensation package is terrible and uncompetitive. As a result, they recruit the bottom of the barrel: people from bad neighborhoods who are emotionally and intellectually immature and personally irresponsible, who barely graduated from high school and never pursued further education, and people who don’t know how to interact with their world and other people in a civilized manner. It’s no doubt this is such a terrible place to work with high turnover.

Some people can be cool, but there's alot of work politics, which makes you dislike the place. And there is one slob, that does not stop eating & is plain disrespectful behind managers backs, but they are blind to it or just let it happen & turn the other cheek. Could be great, but they're people who think there better than you. The head manager was great. Glad I left.

Alexandra, thank you for reaching out to us with your question. If Clare 1 transmits alarms to an industry-standard alarm receiver (I believe it does), then yes, we would be able to monitor that panel. You would need to find an authorized Clare alarm dealer in your area to program the panel to us.
