Met for breakfast with my cousins. Sadly they were understaffed, so it took some time for us to get a table. Once seated our server were great. She took great care of us, my coffee was always full and the Spicy Poblano Omelet was tasty. My youngest cousin enjoyed his kids meal and hot chocolate.

We went there this morning and I salute the manager on duty. They looked understaffed, one person in the kitchen, one busser, and two servers. The manager was helping seating, bussing, cooking, etc. I don't know how she could handle the pressure and still deliver quality food and service. Even tho some guests were not as nice with the staff, they kept their cool and were very kind and attentive to us, and the rest of the customers. My son got the Funny Face Pancake, my daughter the Mexican 3 Leches Pancakes, and I got the Sirloin Tips Sauteed with onions and mushrooms, eggs, and hashbrowns. Everything was yummy and beautiful. It's so good to eat at a restaurant that has such professional staff. I've been at other locations and the service was okay, but now this is my favorite IHOP location.

Love the new remodel but, sadly, this place has gone a little downhill since we came here years ago. We went at 10:00 am and the restaurant didn't seem too busy, but everywhere was extremely dirty. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom's toilet seat protectors were empty, used tissues and paper towels were on the floor, smears were on the garbage receptacles, sticky stuff was on the backsplash, and dust from the remodel was on the floor. In the restaurant, there was dust and food on the floor, under the tables, and the windows had cobwebs and dead bugs in them. I feel like the food is lower quality, though I understand that's probably due to corporate and chain decisions. Would love it if the fruit was fresh instead of canned with coloring. The pancakes, eggs, and hashbrowns were all great, though. Our server, Charlotte, was also great and very attentive to our needs. We were sat down right away. If cleanliness was more of a priority, I would definitely give more stars.

I've always enjoyed IHOP. But this location gave me the best service I've ever had. Yes, the food was good, but Samantha (my server) was perfect! She had the perfect balance of attentiveness, while still giving me some space. Super friendly, and I never had to ask for anything. Thank you!
