We went in for our grooming appointment and encountered some very rude groomers who had no interest in helping us even though we had an appointment. There were three groomers and one pet being groomed at the time. The first time we went there was because of Elijah who helped us and was very kind to our dog but couldn’t groom him due to expired shot records. That was very understandable and we had not noticed he was just over his immunization expiration. We got the needed immunizations for our pet and went back to get him groomed a month later because of the lack of availability. When we came in there were three groomers that made no effort to help us. Our pet has grown up with our girls and is not as spry as he used to be. We were hoping to find a caring groomer that would help our very loved member of our family. We hoped that with a name like PetSmart they would be perfect to care for our little pet. We were wrong and are so very disappointed.

My cat normally hates getting groomed, but Christina did an amazing job, and my cat was really receptive to her. My cat smelled great and was really happy afterward. I will definitely go back to Christina.

We went to so many different groomers in the Davis County area and we weren't happy with any of them until we found PetSmart, specifically Elijah. He is so awesome with my dog and my dog comes back looking incredible. My dog actually looks forward to his appointments with Elijah and we are so pleased with their friendly and quick service! Thank you!

I like this hotel, my room was nice and spacious with a couch, microwave, fridge, safe, coffeemaker, hair dryer and iron. My bed was nice but I didn't care for the pillows. The toilet was annoying because it leaked and every two minutes it had to refill. Overall I like this hotel, it has a nice pool, hot tub and free shuttle service and a wonderful breakfast. I will stay here again and hope the get better pillows and check their toilets.
