Was told over the phone that I was pre-approved for a PTSD study. Was also told I would be called yesterday (Monday) to confirm what time transportation is coming and everything I need to do/bring, no one called or answered my VM. Went in this morning, transportation was able to get me and drop me off, went in after waiting for almost two hours the doctor said I need to give up my medical marijuana for six months to be apart of the trail. I do use it twice a day for my PTSD as well as chronic back pain that left me disabled. I made the person aware of this when I was doing my phone screening last week, they mentioned that taking medical marijuana won’t effect my drug test or any part of the trail. I don’t understand how they give cigarettes away to the people there who ask, CIGARETTES that actually are addictive and filled with nicotine but medical editable gummies with a bit of THC in them, isn’t okay for people with PTSD? PTSD? ???? Sorry I am baffled. Thanks for wasting my time and for the $25, what a waste of my day. Unprofessional on companies end. Girls at the front desk were nice, transportation was nice but loud on the phone the entire time and both cars smelled awful.

I don't recommend HRI for the community. Staff at HRI are disrespectful, and unprofessional towards it's patient's.

Hi Vernon, there are many benefits to joining a clinical trial! Participants contribute to medical research, help improve the lives of others, have access to investigational medication, are compensated for time and travel, and much more. You may give us a call at (833) 427-7626 if you are interested in seeing if you qualify for an open study!

I generally attend the one in Berlin, and I can only travel there in the evening. There's ALOT of traffic because the Berlin offices are off of a main road with heavy traffic, but you could still get there quickly because the traffic really move.

Well ok good question ,question how long are you in the covid study ,are you in a blind study regards to the covid study ? And have you received any injections from the study 📖because you may have to drop out of the study to go on the cruise to get the shot .so there us no interupptions with the study.hope this helps.

There is more than one type of study, you need to contact their customer service number to see which studies are available for you to screen , if eligible you will the be able to discuss specifics which include compensation, medication and other important information before you decide to enroll . Sometimes you don’t even need to be on any type of medication or have any type of illness. You should register with their office if looking to participate
