I used S&S limousine for my wedding and was very disappointed with my experience. The week of my wedding I called to confirm that they were still coming that weekend and they confirmed they were still driving us, but could no longer drop us off at 6:30pm now it had to be 6. When I asked if I could get the extra half hour they told me that I could if I paid $175 for the half hour; this was all after I told them we didn’t need them as long earlier in the day and they told me our rate unfortunately would have to stay the same even if we weren’t using them as long. A half hour doesn’t sound like a lot, but for the amount that you pay for the bus in such a little time I was very upset. It cut our time that we were taking photos up and we didn’t get to take pictures with our wedding party and didn’t get many of my husband and I because while we were taking photos the driver started honking at us to come back. I was very displeased with my experience and will not be using them again in the future. :(

Avoid at all cost. We booked them for our wedding and it was a disaster. First off the staff is extremely rude. They force you to pay gratuity up front regardless of service and who knows if the drivers ever see this cash. As an ex service industry professional this is very concerning. We paid over 2k for 3 hours of service to have the drive pick up the brides maids and groomsmen for our wedding. The limo never made it to pick up the groomsman’s, and the bridal party as well as my self has to drive to the wedding. This made having a limo completely pointless. S snd S took no responsibility for this and offered to give back $250 bucks, when they didn’t even do what they were hired to do. Luckily my credit card company fought for me and I won and got a full refund. This company is a joke and only survives due to such little options in town. Never using them again!

I was so excited to get a big bus level four they was false adverstiment do not go off video off bus I paid a nice amount for me and my guest to enjoy my birthday I didn’t get bus with pole and bathroom like advertise which I said to person spoke to in beginning then ended up with a lady name heather they had me change meeting place because calm it wasn’t safe for bus a day or two before so guest was confused and many got left behind guess that my fault then when did recieve bus it wasn’t bus requested I contacted heather later about this she was non shallot about it and blew me off saying not all buses come with it it’s not guaranteed and I also told her we couldn’t use the bathroom the driver said it was a fee once was on bus she said that was correct it’s a $300 fee for bathroom they are the worst and everything wasn’t smoothly as plan and should of been I’m kind of took them as prejudice due to the way they spoke to me WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND NOT GREAT AT DOING BUISNESS AND ALL ABOUT MONEY WHICH ISNT A PROBLEM BUT YOU WOULD THINK GUEST SHOULD BE HAPPY FOR THE PRICE ESPECIALLY so make sure if you use them you differently express everything and have it in writing
