Rosalinda Martinez, the security guard, is amazing! She is always doing her job. She keeps a list of all the visitors, stops and takes pictures of the delivery trucks and is always on post standing. She checks out if there are any disturbances. She is incredible!

They are trying to stay updated with some of the apts because of competition. Other than that, they are just the base or basic apt that they lease. Its better to get the renovated apt because your paying thr same price as the basic apt.

It's safe. Just the parking is a mess unless you pay for a reserved spot. As for a first or second floor, depends on what you want. Most 1st floor units come with washer and dryer. There are fewer 2nd floor units with washer and dryer but you can request.
