This is the most honest and reasonable locksmith that I have ever worked with. When I needed a second key made for my car they were honest and reasonable. I already had the key and I just needed it programmed. All the other places wanted to charge me the full amount even though I had the key. After calling over 20 places this was the only one that I trusted and who only charged me to program it. I didn’t even have to ask. I just told them the situation and they gave me a quote. For my 2018 Kia Sorento to have a second key only cut and programmed it would be $65. When I got their he discovered there was no ( I think it’s called) AC chip, so he brought it down to $48 dollars. How honest! I love these people! They will stay in business for years to come. I am sending them my love!

When I moved and needed to replace the locks at my home, David was so kind and professional in helping me to find just the right lock for our needs. He listened to what kind of access we needed and recommended the perfect lock. Thank you for bringing peace of mind and security for me and my family.

David helped me out when my car key broke and needed to be replaced. I provided my car info to him over the phone and he was able to get me a new car key with remote. He knows his products and gave me fast, professional service. I'll be bringing all my future business to Michael's keys!

Savannah who claimed to be a supervisor was very rude and talked over me while trying to explain my situation. She wouldn’t let me speak to anyone else when asked. I contacted them because I needed a new key for my car. They misunderstood that and brought a guy out to unlock my car only. When I told them I needed a key as well, he said he was only told by dispatch to unlock. He understood my frustration and said that he would not charge us since it was not the service we asked for. However, savannah, after yelling and being rude, still charged me $120 for essentially nothing. My car was still locked and I had no key. She needs to be taught how to handle deescalation if she wants to take on roles such as “supervisor”

Is it a flip key remote? What is the year of the Malibu? It depends on where it is broke.
They do not work on sliding glass door locks
Does it have a chip? If so, make sure they have the one you need.
