They're rude and don't keep their word. But honestly, what else could you expect from a place of like. First thing, I called for price. Guy gave me price. I asked if I needed an appt. He said nope, just come on over anytime. (This is KEY because they could have said a few more words like "sometimes the fob machine is off-site doing a mobile trip"). So I drove 30 minutes there later that day, found out fob machine is off site and no telling when they'd be back. I have a baby and toddler to pack and unpack. Too long in car seat. So I drove home. Second, thought they'd honor a free trip out to me. Haha, nope. Drive back to us and pay the same price. I laughed. They did end up saying we'll do it for $40 instead of $65 here at our location. Okay, made the drive again a week later. Fob machine didn't work, guy had to ask 2 other guys for help, nothing, they didn't care much. Rude. So he said reorder the fob from the company you bought it from and I'll do it for free next time you come up once you get the new fob in. It could be your fob. That was Steve. Got new fob in, Steve was not there anymore, guy said nothing he could do, and was now BACK TO CHARGING ME $65!!! HAHAHA! What a joke. I told him about writing review, he walked back inside. Didn't care. Don't go here.

They straightened bent key and was able to make new one from old key. Thanks
