STAY AWAY! Needed a broken key extracted from my lock. The technician shows up saying that he can either drill or cut the lock, and he hadn’t even checked the lock. He gets to the lock and starts hitting it with a screwdriver and further pushing the key in so that he had to actually drill the lock and charge me more. I said I wasn’t going to drill it so then he tries to extract the key but he had already messed up the lock by hitting it before. Anyways, we got the key out by ourself and saved the $180 they were going to charge us, additional to the fee for showing up.
