Daniel Gregory and his office did a great job on my disability claim! I met with Daniel to discuss the case. He gave me very detailed information on how everything would work. The office workers were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Every time I contacted them I got an immediate response. All of them were very helpful and the main reason my claim got approved! I highly recommend Daniel Gregory!

I'd like to Thank Daniel J Gregory and his staff. I had the pleasure of working with him on my disability case. He is very serious about helping you understand your case and the importance of you getting your case in order. Daniel J Gregory's staff is exceptional at working very close to you and your needs as a client. They are friendly and prompt at answering questions and insuring you understand your case. If I had to do it again I would definitely work with Daniel again. He made me feel like family and he took very good care of me. Thank you Thank you and Thank you again!

Mr.Gregory knows what he is doing when it comes to disability benefits. He and his staff treat you with compassion and understanding. You're not "just another client". He will sit down with you and come up with a game plan personally suited for your specific case that will give you a high chance of being approved. My suggestion, when he hands you the list of things to do, DO IT! Don't disregard it, don't throw it away, follow each and every step he gives you! If you do this, you and Mr. Gregory have very high odds of getting a favorable decision! Remember it's a team effort, He knows what it takes, but you won't win if you don't do your part!

He probably will be able to help you, call his office in and ask, the reason why I am saying this is that he's helped money and I've tried with others who has failed, and he treats you as a person not just a case.
His office helped me get mine strated
As a general matter, no we do not. We primarily (as in 99.9% of the time) handle Social Security disability benefits, not survivor benefit claims.
If you are working and your gross earnings average more than $1,040 each month, you will not be eligible for benefits.
