Joined in 2021…. Debit card they printed in the lobby didn’t work. Had to wait two weeks to get a replacement. Wife joined and same thing.called and spent an hour on the phone and they said it was resolved. Had to eventually go inside the lobby. Guess the days of customer service are gone.

Hello Cathy, if you're a non-member you would need two forms of ID, proof of residence, $25 dollar deposit for Savings account, and $25 dollar deposit for Checking account. If you are already a LSCU Member, you would just need a $25 dollar deposit for the Checking account.

Hi Jackie. The LSCU ATMs do not accept deposits, however, your LSCU Visa Debit Card provides access to Allpoint+ ATMs that do accept deposits. These ATMs are available at select CVS, Walgreens, and other prominent retail stores. Just look for the Allpoint+ logo.
