We had my daughter's 7th birthday party at ASI and it was wonderful! We did the Ninja party and that was packed with lots of fun! Coaches Olive, Natalie and Andy were so much help and they made it a great time for all of the kids! Can't beat having the whole party managed while you can sit back and relax. Great time!!

Hello! All of our recreational gymnastics is at our gym location so no travel is involved. If you have any other questions please let us know.
Every friday from 7-10 you can pay $10 for open gym and they can have the run of the gym as long as a coach is at that station. And one saturday each month from 6-10 for $23, they can have the run of the gym

The skills you would learn in gymnastics such as body control would be great for free running. However they do not have a dedicated parkour class I would recommend a place like Tempest Freerunning Academy
3yrs old. Thats when my daughter began. She loves it. At that age, it is all play to them. It has helped her self confidence, knowing to obey others, and develop social skills.
