Beware!!! I called around to ask how much it would cost to be seen for a sinus infection. Integra Urgent Care -Las Colinas said it would be $85 plus any other tests that need to be done. Realizing this condition wouldn’t require any other tests and that price was reasonable I walked in. The lobby was empty (now I know why) so I filled out paperwork, paid, saw a PA, and left with my prescription in hand thinking that was the end of it. A month or so later, I received a bill for almost double what I was originally told. Nobody at the office or billing department was any help. Stay away!!!

I went on 9/26 for severe pain. Was given an anti inflammatory shot due to it being my gall bladder. Male nurse and Dr were nice and I agree with the other reviews about receptionist being cold, not necessarily rude, though. Wasn't given discharge papers. Had an ultrasound appt at a different location the next morning but went to ER instead due to pain being so severe. Had gall bladder surgery the next day. I won't visit this urgent care in the future...I'll go elsewhere.

Without a doubt urgent care clinic are cheaper than an ER, regardless of being a freestanding or hospital-based ER. An emergency room is typically associated with a hospital. Emergency rooms account for a variety of charges un the patients bill – costs for tests/treatments, facility charges, physician fees’, charges for x-rays and other diagnostic images, and charges for physician specialists. According to Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, on average the in-network cost for an individual with private health insurance was $933 for an ER visit in 2011. For minor emergencies, visiting an urgent care will provide you cost effective and prompt patient care. Integra Urgent Care provides prompt and competent care for our patients with some of the lowest self-pay rates in Weatherford, Irving and Grand Prairie. You do not need an appointment and will receive compassionate care from dedicated professionals.

Emergency Rooms can provide some additional services compared to Urgent Care, generally in the area of life-threatening illnesses or injuries, and are open 24 hours a day. If you are experiencing a life-threatening illness, it is important to go to your closest hospital Emergency Room or call 9-1-1. If you are experiencing an illness that can be treated at an Urgent Care, you will be able to receive a high level of care faster than an Emergency Room, and at a lower cost whether you have insurance or are a self-pay patient.

No tax added. It's a flat $85. Any labs, injections, x-rays, or procedures would be in addition to that.
For self pay patients the office visit is $85. Any labs, injections, x-ray or procedures would be an additional amount.
While we are able to run certain test, it is always our recommendation that for any major or serious conditions that you visit the emergency room if you are in immediate distress, especially if you are in severe pain or discomfort.
