Not so great of a company the most you can make is $16hr and get payed every two weeks to do a lot for that company worst job. This job don’t care about your well being or your kids’ you will get a point regardless having a drs note. Also you can only enroll to get benefits once a year if you miss that deadline you have to wait until it comes back around.

It is not a good place to work, no matter how hard you try or how well you do it, it is never enough for them. There is a lot of stress. Supervisors and leaders are from California and are family members who abuse power and if you complain to HR, they do nothing. favoritism. Before the safety and dignity of the employees are their goals, they demand a number of numbers with fewer personnel because in California they did make the numbers. If they were made there, why did they bring that company to Texas???

Truckers- receiving starts at 5am. Check in was quick and friendly. Unloading started as soon as I hit the dock door. Keep up the good job 🤙🏽🤙🏽

I worked there in tubing 3 months and was promised a raise never happened. Work got really slow so we just sat around Not doing anything the leader ship there is well below average the welding department there is a complete waste of time you are not a welder if you’re welding for K&N you are a copy machine because they have fixtures there that take away all the welding skills that you would hope to develop in a welding shop. They also have this ridiculous dry erase board to try to keep everybody organized on how many parts they make an hour so if you don’t meet your quota at 100 parts a day then everybody decides to poke fun at you and call you a slow welder. I would much rather be a mig welder than a Tig welder at K&N.
