This used to be our go- to place to stay in Grand Junction. We stayed here several times then all of sudden everything chaged. The staff was rude, the rooms were dirty and we havent been back.

We stayed here in a pinch and we were pleasantly surprised. Our stay was great! The gentleman at the front desk and the staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated but they are very clean and comfortable. Loved the beds and the pillows.

We needed to stay from 2 wks - month. Was asked often how our situtation was going . They cared. Good visits-if we wanted. Good quiet rest,king bed with 2 recliners,desk & chair,refrig,microwave,big TV,hot water,plenty soap,shampoo,lotion,coffee as need. CHECK IN: Nice Enough - I'm easy to get along with. Smiles most of the times. ROOMS: AC cool even had to use heater no smells. Pet friendly. No odor! My dogs didn't sniff out any smells. I watched as other rooms were cleaned,carpets shampooed with air drying Even if they were 1 night stays! ROOM CLEANING: We were taken care of daily or if we said "No cleaning needed today" Always treated with respect & No trespassing. No stealing etc.Yeah sometimes bedding had the used factor but, not dirty! Laundry: Nice new machines & a fair price. They unlock room,will even help get machine set & make sure machines are clean for use. Not old coin machines. I appreciated that. OTHER CLIENTS: No rowdy party people.. So if owner doesn't fit everyone's personality. Oh Well- Times are hard for all & we believe in tipping what we can those who take the initiative to make are stay more comfy.

Over priced hotel. First room we walked into smelled like cigarettes (non smoking). I went down immediately and told the counter guy about the smell and he says sorry and he won’t charge me my deposit for it smelling.... didn’t even offer to get me in a new room. I had to ask!! He looks at me all crazy and says “did you use the room!?” Of course I didn’t use the room, I just walked up there! We get a new room with a light bulb out but we slept well and In the morning at 8 am we get up to check out a breakfast consisting of cereal and waffles... stale small bagels and unripe bananas. The almost complete opposite of “best value” to me.
