Love this location! Very clean and staff is extremely friendly. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of breakfast options and fully stocked. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

When I made my reservation the site showed a renovation in progress that would be completed on May 1st. At the time I made a reservation they had to know they were off by at least a month. I think they should have made that known, I would have stayed at the other IHG property in Grand Junction. My profile shows I always prefer a top floor room as we are light sleepers. We found out later there were rooms available on the 4th floor but they put us on the 2nd, so we got to listen to people above us until late at night. Over many years I have stayed at IHG properties from Hawaii to Florida to Maine because I know what to expect and I suppose this will meet my expectations when the renovation is completed but do not recommend this property until that time.

Place was under renovation and front desk didn't tell us this upon booking. No pool, no breakfast. Staff was hateful when we expressed our disappointment. She offered a discount and never came through with a discount. Charged full price. No store to buy a soda or snack. It was noisy and rooms weren't really worth the money we paid. Won't ever go back

Classy and comfortable, beautifully kept rooms. The staff were pleasant, and our suite was spotless. My husband and I visited in late March, and even during the renovations, the complimentary grab&go breakfast options exceeded expectations and were really quite nice to take along!
