It has been very obvious this location is under new management/ownership. I have given time when there was a noticeable decline in service. Poor service in all areas. Many weeks out of product. Drive thru only all the time. I’m on lunch and this is what I see. I placed my order on the app (Drink and pretzel twist) I paid for it and here I wait and wait. One order point and that is at the window not even at the speaker. I give up, will now be on the search for a different place to get my diet coke extra ice with cherry and vanilla syrup 🥺😩😡

Usually we have had a pleasant experience at this location - attentive staff & fast service. Came through the drive through on the evening on May 27th and the said they aren't doing ice cream. Very disappointed as ice cream composes about 90% of their menu. If they were out of the product, that's understandable. It was just very disappointing for my husband to come home after a long week on the truck to get his favorite ice cream, only to be told they "aren't serving ice cream."

Great place. Has gone through some growth spurts with new owner and finding help. Until today were we will have to re-evaluate going their. We LOVE our pebble ice but they got rid of it. To us that's like baking a cake without sugar. PLEASE bring it back as I'm pretty sure we are not the only ones that feel this way and will go elsewhere for our daily soda.

Slow service, slow for food, to high priced. My burger was ice cold half raw with rotten lettuce, the onion ring on my toasts bun was ice cold, cheese wasn’t even a little melted and my toasted bun was wet and soggy. They forgot to make my child’s burger. Forgot condiments that tasted sour rotten. Diet Coke was watery. Gave me attitude when I asked for missing burger. But did refund me for my cold half cooked burger. All in all a bad Sonic experience. I will never go there again.
