And yet still to date never hears from owner, nor anyone else…….. 😢 And just to add this mattress was “camper” size was used on a solid box support all except 2 months that it was on slats all the way across top to bottom after the statement of add supports it will help did that solid box built under the box springs it was already on and NO difference. All the five stars were given at time of service that experience was great any one that has had any issue after purchase would give less than one star

If I could give less than one star I would I have never had such horrible customer service. Bought a brand new mattress less than 2 years ago middle of mattress is completely caved in and has a 10 yr warranty and they will not help in anyway when speaking to store manager I asked for someone above him and he says the owner is only one above him and his is out of country and doesn’t know when he will be back. My buying experience there was great, but have learned they will not honor warranty. My mattress has remained in mattress protector, is on a brand new box spring also on a bed frame with all slats on the frame.

Mr. Koppe is the new store manager that helped my wife and I secure a bedroom suite for our new home. We had it within days of the purchase. i was leery when told the delivery would be so quick. We have experienced weeks of delays from other furniture stores. To our surprise he came through. Great furniture at a great price. Our family will definitely purchase more items from them for our home. I would recommend this location for their honesty and determination to serve you the best way they can.
