I had a MRI on the 14th. They said they sent the report to Dallas Live Institute on the 17th. I’ve been calling all week for my results, keep getting told waiting to be review by doctor. It’s the 21st and I’m still waiting for the report to be reviewed by doctor. Been on died, waiting on someone to review a piece of paper. Long wait times for someone to pick up the phone! Long wait time for a doctor to see you. I totally dislike I was referred here!

Horrible customer service. They all want to get rid of the calls as fast as possible. You have to repeat valuable info because they are not listening. Sylvia in Transplant. Multiple CSAs at the 4400 number. Terrible.

Horrible service, Left several massages for Office "Manager" Ms. C. Powell NEVER returned calls, folks answering phones very short and somewhat rude. Nurse asleep at the desk with feet up, (in Plano Office). Appointment after appointment made and cancelled as tests were never requested, or told needed to be taken, appointments to review results of test NEVER scheduled much less completed. Numerous trips to Plano and Dallas long way from where I live were a waste of time.

I love my doctor. The hours of operation are incorrect. I have been on hold for 30 minutes to discover they open at 8:30am. The recording says 8 and the website says 8. I clocked out from work at 8am
