I have gone twice and they have their welcome walking and lie!!! They don't attend you, you ask for an appointment and without checking the agenda they tell you that they don't have any soon, the receptionists in bad and ugly ways remove their welcome walking sign, or change more qualified personnel.

I love this clinic! Elaine is always such great help with any questions or concerns I may have. Even knows my babies by name! The entire staff of just wonderful! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a sweet and caring place to get treated ☺️

I wish I read the reviews before coming here, very bad place. Waited for more than an hour and then has to reschedule because I had to pick up my daughter from school. Second time around, still waiting, and by the time I got to the room, the assistance was very rude, I’m still there, not sure how long more before I get to see the physician assistance! An hour waiting so far…. I think the assistance is leaving me waiting out of spite?🤔Not sure. But whatever it is, try to avoid this place. Not good customer service at all.

Everything except Dr Debrah was horrible, especially the MA. She swabbed my oldest daughter’s throat very aggressively for a strep test and started to do the test to my other daughters. When I said they didn’t need it because they didn’t have those symptoms she said I had to because the doctor ordered it. I told her I didn’t have to do anything. Then after the doctor went over all the results, she said the MA threw the strep test out because I refused to test. Umm, no, I refused for my other kids to be tested. Why would you throw out a sample that you basically tortured my daughter to get?? I know she did it out of spite. Also, over a 2 hour wait to be seen. Old, run down clinic. Needs major work. Im not sure why any good doctor would work there. But that MA deserves to be fired. We’ll never be back that’s for sure.
