Showed up for a scheduled appointment only to find out they had canceled it because the doctor wants to leave early! Such an inconvenience to have to leave work early, rush in traffic to make it to your confirmed appointment, only to get there and find out the doctor can't see you because they like to leave early. Will not be returning, I can find another clinic that won't waste my time.

The worst experience in my life did treat patient miserable front desk, rude and mean never answer the phone, and if they answer the phone to put you on hold for a long time if you need any question to ask, the doctor is impossible when I moved for the new doctor they refused to release my file.

This place is horrible we waited in the waiting area for 1hr and after that waited another 2hours for a medical Assistant to come do vaccines. I went to ask for a office manager I was told she was out but the Assistant manager Juile was called on the overhead and never responded I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The Cockrell Hill - Mi Doctor Clinic is my primary care facility in the Dallas area. The entire staff is fantastic and super helpful. My doctor, Giovanna Giordano is magnificent, thorough and very professional. Leslie is also very helpful and professional in her work. I highly recommend Mi Doctor Clinic in Cockrell Hill to all of my family and friends.
