We had our new windows installed about 2 weeks ago. The difference is amazing. The outside noises have almost disappeared! I can’t wait to get my next electric bill to see how much it has gone down. We can tell the AC doesn’t run near as much as it used to. While hesitant to replace our windows, it was the best decision we could have made!

She did not get the window back into the pivot points of the balancers. There are pivot bars at the bottom corners of the sash (part of the window she removed) they go into a slot in each side of the window frame. I'm a window installer and NT windows are a product I'm very familiar with..

It's not a slide. It's a stopper for the bottom sash when it is raised up.
