The team at The Window Authority explained all details during the discovery process and presented all of our options. Once we settled on the deal the communication was perfect to set our expectations and subsequently executed flawlessly. The install team was professional and conscientious. Jeremy took time at the end of every day to review the work completed that day and point out any concerns they had. We felt in front of the process the entire way. Great work guys!

I replaced 33 windows, and this was a great experience from start to finish! The whole team, Tony/Sales, Frank and Team/Installation, and Gene/Owner were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful during every step of the process from window selection/pricing, installation/cleanup, and follow-up at job completion. Really appreciated the exceptional customer service I received in addition to the quality and value of the windows installed. I highly recommend The Window Authority Team!
