Worse IAAI location in my 8 years experience. I bought a VAN from an insurance company and the auction announced this vehicle as runs and drives car. Car came to me with a damaged transmission case. Of course it never drove on the IAAI lot. Transmission wouldn't shift without fluid. I tried to resolve the situation with the branch manager Terry Smith. After more than a month waiting she finally responded that couldn't help me. That car was sold under their policy and they are allowed to represent non-driving vehicles as runs and drives. WHAT A SCAM!!! Be careful to buy from this location but BETTER STAY OUT!!!

What is the use of them take everything out the car and taking the license plates off and making a spare key and my credit card came up missing.

Either they’re thieves or their towing company is! Car was towed and sat somewhere for 2 days before they took it to IAA. By the time I went to get my stuff on the 3rd day, after calling the two previous days someone had stolen my daughters car seat and took off the licenses plates for some reason. ( not sure I want to know why) They said the car seat wasn’t in it when it got there. It was in my car when it left. I didn’t get a chance to get it out. Anyway, they’re responsible for the company they use to tow the cars cars! I now see it’s up for auction on their website showing two keys to the car when they only had one. So where did the other one come from… it’s a fake , it’s not an extra key because I only had one key to the car!! It’s a 2018 so I know they didn’t go make one because they are too expensive!!
