We recently had Chicago Car Key Replacement Services’s crew over to help us with some re-installation and we are very satisfied with the work done.. Perfect five star rating! If there was a way to put a zero no stars this is what they would have. Phone kept getting disconnected to start with got quotes a crazy high price but was willing to go with them. Once I get the call from the person he found which was Rudy’s locksmith (which I would not recommend either) told me he had just gotten my number but I had called this place at 9am and when he called it was close to noon. He said he’ll be there within 30 minutes I told him okay but in the mix of waiting another company did call back with a way cheaper price so I called Rudy and told him that I was okay and no longer needed his services oh and keep in mind there was another man in the background the entry conversation. He asked why I told him I got someone that can go it for way cheaper so he went even cheaper so I told him okay I’ll wait the 30 minutes… but remember he told me this like about 10 minutes ago but anywho. He comes to where I am at I see him driver right past me and behind him is a black car and two men. He passes me then sends me a text that says “ sorry I can’t make it”. So I’m livid because he didn’t answer the phone sent me straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional and I feel that if I wasn’t in an area with a high traffic area lord only knows what rugby and his homies would have tried or did to me. I’m thankful for the opportunity to tell about this unprofessional locksmith and only hope and pray that you lady’s are aware and keep an eye out for your safety. And remember I said it was a man in the background the entire conversation that I was having with him he also said he stays over east. Because they didn’t ride together and he was in a work van by himself the other two men came literally like 2 minutes after he came.

Thank you, Jose!!!!! I called in a panic because I was from out of town and scheduled for a tattoo. Quoted a 2 hour wait, they took the time to understand I was really close to their shop and sent someone in 20 minutes. Jose did a great job of troubleshooting my old Honda Element and did everything to get me in quickly so I could make my tattoo appointment! Thank you so much, Jose and crew!!!!!!
