I purchased a remote start kit a couple years ago and it worked perfect. For some reason it stopped. J’s service crew worked with me through email and got my problem solved. It works perfect again. These guys could have easily blew me off but no they helped me out big time. I will use these again and not think twice. You can’t put a price on customer service. Thanks again to the crew at J’s!!
