10/10! So grateful for this place. The worst tooth pain of my life kicks in Saturday night 9/3 and of course it is a long holiday weekend (Labor Day on Monday), just my luck! I had non stop pain no matter what I did (medication, salt and warm water rinse, chewing garlic, you name it I tried it). When I was unable to sleep because of pain, I became desperate and started googling emergency dentists. I found OnCall Dental and called at midnight; to my surprise someone answered the phone and made me an appointment for Tuesday. Of course I was thankful but still thinking to myself I don’t know how I am going to make it till Tuesday. On Sunday 9/4 I received a call at 11:30 from Angela asking if I could make it there by noon. I said absolutely! Let me tell you this place lived up to every positive review! Angela up front was kind, professional, and upfront about services and costs. I even overheard her conversation with other people and she always was transparent about what insurance would and would not cover. She is what you wish every front desk medical office experience would be like. Once in the room, the dental assistant Amy was the first to great me, answer questions, and was overall just a top notch dental assistant. Once we had a plan in place Dr. Gates came in and went over the procedure, answered my questions (I ask a lot of questions), let me be in control of the care I wanted, and was completely transparent about the procedure and cost. My pain was coming from one wisdom tooth but I had two wisdom teeth that needed to be pulled. He let me decided if I just wanted one tooth done or both. I never felt like the office pressured me to get any care or treatment that I did not need or want. They did what was medically necessary to help me get out of pain. Because of the way the staff treated me, I trusted them and decided to have both wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Gates was extremely gentle and he talked to me through the entire procedure, always checking in to make sure I was okay and not feeling any pain. Within probably 10mins total he had me numb and both teeth out with honestly zero pain. I don’t know how he did it but I was extremely impressed. I was so grateful for the team that was there today to help me. Because of them, I am no longer in pain. I wanted to write this review so the next person in my position could feel good about choosing this place. I chose this place because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. I was actually more impressed then I even anticipated. Thank you a million times over to OnCall Dental. You guys saved me from multiple days of pain. You guys are awesome!

My dentist couldn’t see me til Oct.3. So I googled “need tooth pulled” and Oncall Dental popped up. I called and told them my situation, they were able to Squeeze me in the same day. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the receptionist to the doctor. I definitely recommend them.My pain is finally gone 🙂Thank you Oncall Dental.

Not being a huge fan of pain, I nevertheless had a sharp pain, from a wisdom tooth I should have removed years back, but I never did. I called in, and was given an appointment for that same day and within an hour from my call. They managed to make the appointment on what I could see, was a very busy day. The staff was very kind, professional, helpful. The dentist removed my tooth, and did so, in an effort that surprised me it had already been done. Each step was very clearly explained to me, leaving me with no questions. I can't speak highly enough of this Dentist, the staff and their set up.

The experience that the employees of our company have received, has been absolutely top notch. Each of our employees have commented, they will never take their dental service t any other location. That is how great of a location this place is.
