I am very upset and disappointed for the way that I was treated by the manager (I don’t know her name, but she is hispanic) at the Pearland business center location. I made an appointment Thursday, October 13th, in the evening time. I wanted to book with Moon, although she was booked up, therefore i went with another stylist, for Friday, October 15th at 4:00 pm. Before I tell you my experience, I want to shine light on the fact that every lash tech has been amazing and professional with me for the several months I’ve been a client at Amazing Lash! Although, I felt like it was better for me to reschedule with moon because stylist use different techniques/glue (at least that what was mentioned to me when i had fall out). Also, my lashes always last longer with Moon. Therefore, I called the morning of Friday, October 14th, to reschedule my appointment. The receptionist expressed that I could cancel, but I would still be charged 50 percent of the service, which is understandable, but if they could find someone to take my appointment I wouldn’t be charged. I told them that I understood. At 2:00 pm, I still didn’t hear anything from them, so I called them to see if someone was able to take my appointment. They responded no, I then told them that I was under the weather, and it was definitely a sign that I should just stay home. The receptionist ask me if I got tested for covid and I told her no. She then went and asked the manager and she told her to tell me that it was probably just allergies as if she was a doctor. I then told the receptionist to tell her manager that I have a doctors note that I could provide her, and she told me that the manager said that they don’t take doctors excuses. The last thing I told the helpful and sweet receptionist was that I am just going to come. I did not want to lose out on any money because lashes are expensive. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡 I arrived at my appointment at 4:05 pm and checked in. None of the receptionist could find my appointment, so they waited for the manager to finish dealing with another client. Once the manager finished she turned to me and said with a very rude tone, “Your appointment has been booked.” I then pulled my phone out and told her no one called/texted me to let me know, it was obvious I didn’t feel well due to my voice, and she had no empathy. She had an attitude and was ugly with me during the entire conversation. There were witnesses, which were the other employees. I told her that I was an educator in the area and from my house the lash studio is a 30 min drive. She then told me that, calling me to tell me that my appointment has been booked is complimentary and that she didn’t have to do that. She said they only do that as a courtesy and Im just like well how would I ever know if someone takes my appointment. I was so furious, although I did not get disrespectful with her. I drove all the way there and a blank trip and to be disrespected. The last thing I told her was that I was very disappointed. Due to the fact, since I first started coming here, I’ve been nice to everyone, I am member, every two weeks I come, and pay $80 for refills. On top of that, there was one point of time I was coming, every week, due to fall out. Every single time no matter what, I tipped, every time, no matter what !!! She responded by saying that she was disappointed as well, with an attitude. She said that I initially wanted to reschedule to book with moon, and then my excuse turned to I wasn’t feeling well. She said that I was very confusing and basically saying that I was the reason for the result I got. I was surprised that she said that she was disappointed with me and that she has a business to run. My name is Taylor Roberson and if you look at my profile, you will see how much money I’ve spent with them over the months i’ve been with them and there was way more disrespect that took place, although I’ve already typed an essay. I NOW AM A CLIENT AT HOPE LASH STUDIO! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Yes, but avoid oil-based or waterproof cosmetics. This will help your eyelash extensions last longer. Our lash studio has an Eyelash Foaming Cleanser and makeup designed to keep your lashes looking new and their best for longer.
Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
