If I could I would leave ZERO stars! I've given this place several chances and they have failed all the time whether it's the service as to how they treat you, how they rush your services and/or how your end product looks. It's so upsetting and disappointing on how they both you nails up. In my last visit I got a shellac pedicure and (Kelly Tran) did that service, it was rushed and she kept grabbing my foot as if she was upset about something she ended up not correctly curating my toenail and the polish was literally moving up and down as I put my finger on it. I also got a full set with shellac with Tony and he also left my nails all bumpy and he didn't even bother painting the sides of my nails. I let him know and he said he wasn't done. Mind you I came in for my services almost 2 hours BEFORE CLOSING! While I was getting that done there were also 2 customers complaining about their services. That SCREAMS RED FLAGS!! Overall very disappointed in the management because it's been going on for years (again I've given them serval chances) for not solving this issue. LAST time coming here! SMH!

I used to frequent this establishment every other week BEFORE the pandemic. The staff was friendly, they were clean, briefed you on your services during checkout so you knew what you were paying for and offered 20% discounts on certain days. NOW, they are surviving off of their previous reputation which doesn’t seem to be enough. The staff barely speak to you when you enter or checkout, I never see anyone cleaning anything and they charge for EVERY little THING! I guess they had to make up for the minimal foot traffic because the place is almost a ghost town, compared to what it used to be and they send out 10% off codes on main services almost every week just to get customers but get mad when you question their service because it’s not what it used to be. I continued to go here for a while out convenience of location but I’d rather pay more for quality service than to waste anymore money with this place. Save yourself the disappointment and time because they are NOT worth it! YOU DESERVE BETTER!
