I called to get some basic info and the representative over the phone was beyond rude and unpleasant.. crazy to say she states shes been working there for 18 years and im honestly only impressed on how she made it that many years with her terrible customer service and personality..... whoever runs this place needs to re-evaluate who they have assisting customers

We went around 8:45am to get a handicap placard for my blind mom. No appointment but no lines! The office of clean, employees were happy and our attendant was super helpful and very friendly. Never had this experience before! Mom was very impressed and as she is 81, she was very pleased it didn't take long. Really do recommend this location based on our experience today.

We drove ways out to this location rather due to the bad experience in my home town (magnolia). HEIDI made our experience so worth the drive!!! Def coming back for anything we need here. The smoothest process ever!!
