Fantastic cuisine and exceptional service! Jasmine, Nick, and Chef “G” (Gerald), made my birthday celebration a night to remember! A friendly atmosphere where we felt valued as people, not just customers. Mandy the Manager wrapped the experience up nicely. After 9 years of patronage, Benihana Woodlands is better than ever.

Black Tie

We made reservations for my grandson's 16th birthday at his request. He brought 3 friends and we wanted to make sure that we got a good Chef that would entertain them. We specifically requested in our reservation that we get a younger chef that was maybe a little more hip and fun for teenagers. We indicated that we had been there for a birthday party before and were very disappointed with the Chef that we got. Upon arrival I spoke with the manager and asked her if she had read our notes for the reservation and she indicated that she had and that she would make sure we got a really good Chef. SURPRISE!! They sent out (what appeared to be) an 80 year old man who was wearing a thick mask and we could barely hear him or understand him at all. Not surprising, all of the other tables had young, fun, vibrant chefs who were having a really good time with their tables. Our experience the last time was so bad we did not come back for 6 years. After a $400 bill and another disappointing experience, I am pretty sure this may be the last time. Last visit 6 years ago was $800. Next year is PF Changs. On a positive note, the food was excellent and our server was excellent. But, we all know that we come here and pay the higher prices for the SHOW!
