I had the most wonderful experience getting an arm sleeve! Carlos took care of me right from the beginning when it came to booking my sessions and tattoing. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, he was always sure to check with me on what direction I wanted to go and made sure I was comfortable. Yes we do know, however as professionals we can’t be responsible for your safety at any other shop because we only know the laws rules and guidelines we follow set down by the state of Texas and have qualified professionals doing tattoos.
